禁化武組織領和平獎　擬明年銷敘化武

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】禁止化學武器組織總幹事尤祖姆居(Ahmet Uzumcu)10日代表該組織在挪威奧斯陸領取諾貝爾和平獎。尤祖姆居表示，敘利亞化學武器可能在明年初展開銷毀。

尤祖姆居表示，禁化武組織成立16年來核查了80%已申報化學武器的銷毀工作。他呼籲國際社會為實現一個沒有化學武器的世界攜手合作，希望沒有加入禁化武組織的6個國家盡快無條件加入。禁化武器組織成立于1997年，總部設在荷蘭海牙，目前有190個成員。目前全球6個非締約國中，以色列和緬甸已簽署公約但尚未批准，安哥拉、北韓、埃及和南蘇丹還未簽約，至於諾貝爾和平獎的120萬美元獎金，將用來設立基金，每年獎勵為實現禁止化學武器組織公約目標作出突出貢獻的人士或組織。

尤祖姆居還表示，希望能在明年1月底之前展開敘利亞化學武器的銷毀工作，不過由於敘利亞安全局勢不穩定，具體安排還要視情況而定。他擔心銷毀工作可能有所延後。
