【動新聞】日月光中壢封測一廠　勒令停工

【綜合報導】桃園縣環保局稽查小組昨到日月光中壢廠突襲，發現封測1廠在今年6月申請裝設3部晶片切割機台，但三部機台未依申請方式排放廢水，共偷排1275噸，昨晚勒令該廠全面停工，至改善為止。另高雄地檢署偵辦日月光污水案，高雄廠區工務處長蘇炳碩昨晨收押後，中午又傳喚副總經理林顯堂，歷經6小時偵訊，檢方諭令500萬元交保，林交保後不發一語步出地檢署。
