食品違規 檢舉獎金擴大額度

食藥署最新修正「檢舉違反食品衛生案件獎勵辦法」，依檢舉查獲案件的罰金或罰鍰，檢舉人可獲5%到10%額度獎金，由地方衛生局給予。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美今天指出，依食品衛生管理法第43條第2項規定，修正「檢舉違反食品衛生案件獎勵辦法」第4條，因檢舉而查獲違反食衛法者，依查獲案件所處罰金或罰鍰由5%擴大到5-10%額度間。

姜郁美說，檢舉人不論是向中央或地方檢舉，違規查核的罰金或罰鍰收入都是由地方衛生局管理，因此核發給檢舉人的獎金，由各地衛生主管機關編列預算支應。

姜郁美指出，獎金上限多少、窩裡反或吹哨人條款的獎金制訂權限及執行規定仍在地方衛生局。
