中信人壽併宏利 資產逾2千億

（中央社記者田裕斌台北1日電）中信金控旗下中國信託人壽今天完成概括承受英屬百慕達商宏利人壽台灣分公司營業、特定資產與負債，合併後中信人壽資產規模將達新台幣2191億元。

中信人壽表示，宏利人壽台灣分公司234位內勤與855位外勤業務同仁均可獲保障2年工作權益，依目前統計的員工留任率，內、外勤平均已高達9成以上，將依個人專長安排適當職位。

此外，未來宏利人壽台灣分公司超過9萬7000名保戶與18萬張保單的客戶權益，100%獲得保障，原保單條款、內容、權利與義務維持不變，有效保單條款權益不需任何手續即受相關法令全額保障。

中信人壽總經理凌氤寶表示，合併後中信人壽將擁有50萬4000名保戶、89萬張保單、員工1991人，資產規模達2191億元。

凌氤寶指出，中信人壽現有業務以銀行保險、經紀代理及電話行銷為主；宏利人壽台灣分公司專精於業務員通路，目前擁有855位業務同仁、29個通訊處。合併後將有助提升中信人壽服務客戶的深度與廣度，並能提供全體客戶更完善的金融服務。1030101
