染H7N9陸客病情穩　3醫護將確定有無遭染

【蔡明樺／台北報導】染H7N9禽流感的86歲陸客，據了解昨已從桃園縣轉送台北某醫學中心治療，衛福部疾病管制署副署長莊人祥今指，陸客目前的病況嚴重但穩定，併發肺炎仍插管治療中，現掌握與陸客接觸者有663人，其中密切接觸者有163人，其中55人為接觸頻率、時間較長的導遊、醫護人員，雖沒呼吸道症狀但已預防性投藥（克流感），另3名出現上呼吸道症狀的醫護人員，採集檢體化驗中，是否排除染H7N9，下午就有結果。

莊人祥強調，目前是流感季節，社區本來就可能有流感病毒存在，並非出現症狀就是染H7N9，3名醫護人員的檢體化驗結果下午揭曉；密切接觸染病陸客的55名導遊、醫護人員，預防性投藥10天，並請其自主健康管理。
