在墨西哥遭詐騙 花旗調降去年獲利

花旗集團（Citigroup）28日調降去年全年獲利，原因是遭墨西哥石油服務業者OSA以偽造發票為擔保品、詐領4億美元貸款。

花旗宣布把2013年獲利調降2.35億美元，使去年淨利減至137億美元。

花旗表示，OSA以偽造的國營墨西哥石油公司（Pemex）發票為擔保品，向花旗的墨西哥單位取得5.85億美元貸款，但花旗調查後，只能驗證1.85億美元的發票。花旗說，這是獨立個案，並已採取行動，與墨西哥當局合作追回這筆資金，並揪出涉案人士。

墨西哥當局也說，已接管OSA，協助花旗收回資金。

但此事件引發投資人質疑花旗管控新興市場風險的能力。花旗股價28日跌6美分，以48.63美元收盤。
