看上小三通　遷居金門的人有這～麼多

住離島多不方便啊～但金門縣近6年以來，社會人口增加數逐年成長，主要是因不少台商為了小三通方便，把戶籍遷到金門。居住需求推動房屋需求，讓金門中古屋房價從每坪7.6萬元漲到20.6萬元。

據內政部戶政司統計，2013年金門地區社會人口增加6828人，雖較2012年的8368人減少18.4%，但是近6年來累計人口淨遷入達3萬5217人，僅次於排名第3的台中市。

但是從各年建物買賣棟數來看，每年交易量僅210~345棟，房價卻一路飆升，據21世紀不動產成交物件顯示，金門平均房價從2008年每坪7.6萬元，漲至2013年每坪20.6萬元，成長1.71倍。

有巢氏房屋北五區店東黃民權說，金門的陸客多、民宿需求多，讓建商到金門推案，帶動房價上漲，而當地居民想留下祖產，因此翻新改建成民宿，導致房市交易量不多、供不應求。（張菱育／台北報導）
