廢水申報不實 力儂經理判1年

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣10日電）龜山力儂染整廠排放廢水申報不實，桃園地院一審宣判，廠務經理、代操員各處有期徒刑1年，力儂染整廠罰90萬元。

桃園縣政府環境保護局今天指出，此案顯示檢調與環保單位通力合作，對危害環境不肖業者嚴懲重罰的決心，縣內廠商，以此為殷鑑，以免罰款之外還遭判刑，得不償失。

力儂企業股份有限公司領有桃園縣政府核發的水污染防治許可證，依法應向桃園縣政府定期申報實際用水量、排放廢水量及水質檢測報告，但公司陳姓廠務經理卻與廢水代操業者（北金環保公司）私下勾結申報不實資料，遭桃園縣政府環保局查獲後移送桃園地檢署偵辦，桃園地方法院於2月13日一審宣判。

染整廠陳姓廠務經理及代操業者邱姓員工都被依違反水污染防治法申報不實罪，各處有期徒刑1年，力儂公司應繳交罰金新台幣90萬元，全案可上訴。1030310
