趙正平不願當中年大叔，先瘦身再整形，要當資深型男，網友看了連番酸他說「我的天，趙哥怎了」。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，趙正平去年開始瘦身，上節目穿起襯衫還頗有型男味道，最近又變了一個人，日前在大陸接受「愛奇藝」訪問，他戴上黑框眼鏡遮眼，網友笑說：「一看還不知是趙哥，以為是蔣偉文（割過雙眼皮），或是喬琦姑娘（陳宇凡也割了雙眼皮，還被小S取綽號），沒想到是他。」（夏至賢／綜合報導）
