立委罷審羈押法 司委會散會

立法院司法及法制委員會，上午審查羈押法修法草案，因為民進黨立委柯建銘、尤美女和高志鵬一致主張，先審監獄行刑法再審羈押法。獲在場其他立委支持，司委會召集委員廖正井宣布散會。

柯建銘表示，監獄行刑法違憲的地方比較多，是大陸時期制訂法律的老骨董必須大翻修，否則將來會與羈押法兜不攏。

高志鵬質詢，法務部槍決死囚是為馬政府施政無能轉移焦點，搏版面。他也主張先審監獄行刑法再審羈押法。

在場其他立委都主持先審監獄行刑法再審羈押法的主張，司委會召集委員廖正井宣布散會。
