台北捷運發生隨機殺人案後，特警持MP5衝鋒槍在捷運車廂內巡邏，台大法律系教授李茂生昨在臉書PO文認為不妥，痛批：「這個政府真的是瘋了！」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，特勤人員持MP5衝鋒槍加入巡邏勤務舉動，昨招致台大法律系教授李茂生在臉書PO文批評，「槍枝當然是有上保險，但是機械總有故障的可能。萬一不幸再度發生隨機殺人事件，特勤是要拿ＭＰ５開槍嗎？」痛罵：「這個政府真的是瘋了？」（胡治言／綜合報導）
