地主是土地公　千萬徵收款沒人領

台北市捷運局3年前蓋捷運，徵收新北市新店「斯馨祠」土地公廟，因所有權人登記為「福德神」，一千多萬元徵收款提存法院，等嘸人來領。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，管理委員會主委劉新強說，相關單位告訴他，除非土地公本人「出面」，否則就是找到當年83名出資建廟者的後代，才能領取補償款，「這幾乎是不可能的任務！」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
