歐盟已通過新規定，未來超市、餐廳、學校供應的食品必須標示是否含有麩質、牛奶、二氧化硫等14種致敏物質，以利消費者選擇產品。新規定今年稍後生效，美食家批評，新規定將使每天更換「特價餐點」的小餐廳難以應付。
