綠阻監委人事 總統：憲政惡例

總統馬英九今天表示，民進黨立委以少數霸凌多數阻擋監委人事，導致流會，創下史上第一次「有審查、未同意」的憲政惡例。

中國國民黨下午舉行中山會報，由身兼國民黨主席的馬總統主持，對於監委人事同意權行使一案，與會者會後轉述馬總統上述談話。

馬總統表示，民進黨立委上週五（4日）以少數霸凌多數、霸占國會殿堂的方式，阻擋監委人事同意權行使，導致最後流會，創下中華民國史上第一次「有審查、未同意」的憲政惡例。
