標題[討論] 日月光研發替代役-材料廠(K9)

想請問各位在日月光材料廠的大大們~ 你們在裡面待得如何!? 小弟我是研發替代役的，裡面的人事小姐說，現階段的職缺就是去K9材料廠不知道這裡的風評跟待遇如何?...(聽說很操?...) 基本上好像研替的薪資都相同，只是每個廠區的制度不太相同，好像還要六日加班? 想請教在裡面待過研發替代役或正職的大哥們不知道這裡值不值得簽三年的研替!!?
