標題[請問] 請問進佔畫面的廣告 價格?去哪買?圖誰畫?

已爬文找廣告 ptt等關鍵字 因為不太清楚用編輯碼?!來畫圖的那個叫啥專有名詞... 我們想要請人幫我們畫圖然後做放在主選單流動式的廣告 有人知道那個要找誰畫 以及去哪買廣告呢 謝謝喔! --
