而此次主要是立榮廣告「離島居民優惠機票何處買？即日起，立榮航空全球資訊網、立榮航空APP及7-EVLEVEN ibon提供離島航線網路限量居民優惠機票」等語，廣告不實。
公平會表示，該廣告給人印象為透過網路訂購離島居民票，只有立榮航空提供的離島居民限量優惠機票，為同航線上價格最低或折扣數最多者。
但經公平會調查，廣告刊載期間，立榮航空於網路提供「臺北往返金門」、「高雄往返金門」、「臺北往返馬公」、「臺中往返馬公」及「高雄往返馬公」等航線之離島居民優惠票，都不是市場上唯一最低價者。
又以票面價格之折扣數而言，立榮航空「臺北往返金門」及「高雄往返金門」等航線之離島居民優惠票也同樣並非為市場上折扣數最多者。
因此，公平會認為，廣告使消費者因誤認而喪失比較機會，對其他航空業者亦有排擠交易機會的可能，因此已有使消費者產生錯誤認知與決定之虞，違反公平交易法第21條第3項準用第1項規定。
