美考慮加強對俄能源制裁

路透報導，美國駐歐盟大使加德納3日說，美國正考慮對俄羅斯北極的石油與天然氣產業限制高科技出口，作為強化對俄羅斯制裁的一部分。

美國預料將加入歐盟行列，進一步對俄施加制裁。歐盟上周因俄羅斯派遣部隊於烏東參與作戰，決議一周內提出新制裁計畫。

加德納說：「我們考慮進一步加強能源出口與高科技出口的限制，不僅是能源業，還特指北極的石油與天然氣。」

俄國外海擁有全球最大、尚未發現的石油與天然氣蘊藏，俄國的能源野心可能因制裁受阻。
