基隆／黃景泰弟 代兄探老人

市長參選人黃景泰弟弟黃景南昨天代兄出席華山基金會的老人慶中秋活動，他誠懇握住每位獨居老人的雙手，並向大家保證，黃景泰會讓基隆市的老人「老有所養」，未來一定會實施65歲以上老人假牙補助福利，未來最高補助4萬元，讓每位長者都可以吃得快樂，同時希望能夠讓基隆市老人都能更幸福。
