陸科學家發現 抑制愛滋新途徑

新華社今天報導，大陸中國農業科學院哈爾濱獸醫研究所鄭永輝研究團隊日前發現抑制愛滋病毒囊膜蛋白合成新途徑，替開發抗愛滋病新藥提供新思考方向。

報導說，愛滋病、伊波拉出血熱等嚴重疾病的病毒顆粒外層，都有一層囊膜蛋白。病毒透過識別囊膜蛋白，可感染細胞，但愛滋病的囊膜蛋白在哺乳動物細胞中很難識別，所以研發愛滋病疫苗非常困難。

但報導指出，鄭永輝團隊的研究結果能為解釋愛滋病毒囊膜蛋白不能獲高效識別，提供線索，並闡述新型的抗病毒機制，為開發抗愛滋病毒感染藥物提供新的思考方向。
