郵寄食物到國外的注意事項及流程?

1. 請問郵局寄食物到國外該怎麼處理?
　像一般包裹一樣，東西裝箱好到郵局填單即可嗎?
　還需要另外準備什麼嗎?
　(寄去日本)

2. 目前所知，寄餅乾、科學麵應該沒問題，
　比較有爭議的是罐頭(一些罐裝的調味醬，如沙茶醬、維力醬..等)，
　可以寄嗎?

3. 另外像肉鬆、濃湯包(粉狀)可以寄嗎?
