疑分家產爭議 醉外甥刀砍舅舅

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄12日電）高雄市一名葉姓男子涉嫌疑因分家產爭議，持刀砍傷林姓舅舅，警方據報趕到現場逮人，並將林男送醫急救後，暫無生命危險。

警方初步調查，全身酒味的葉男傍晚5時40分左右，在前金區一家冷飲店前發現林男，疑因分家產爭議，先向林男嗆聲對外婆和他父母不禮貌，即持刀砍殺林男。

現場有人協助制止，林男也一度持椅子阻擋，但仍被砍中右手臂等部位倒地，警方據報趕到制止逮人，並趕緊將林男送醫，急救後生命徵象穩定。1031012
