違法販賣胎盤素 男遭起訴

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中21日電）賴姓男子自民國101年起，陸續自中國大陸、香港等地區夾帶胎盤素入台販售，今天遭檢方依違反藥事法起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，賴男為「來乃康有限公司」負責人，與香港、中國大陸的來乃康公司為同一經營集團。賴男明知集團所販售的「來乃康人體胎盤素」並無衛生福利部的藥品許可證字號，仍與公司成員陸續自中國大陸、香港等地區夾帶胎盤素入境。

起訴指出，賴男利用網際網路宣傳廣告及在各地參加生物科技展覽機會，伺機販售「來乃康人體胎盤素」，每盒售價新台幣1萬5000元至1萬8000元，或美金500元。

警方4月前往賴男住處搜索，當場查扣未售出的「來乃康人體胎盤素」針劑14瓶；並在賴男位於南屯區的公司查扣寄貨單、「來乃康人體胎盤素」針劑15盒。

賴男偵訊時坦承輸入、販售胎盤素已有2、3年時間。檢察官依違反藥事法將賴男起訴。1031021
