張忠謀：企業留才是老學問

台積電（2330）董事長張忠謀今天在運動會期間回應提問指出，企業留才這是「老學問」不是新學問了，要留才他認為不外乎善待員工等三大方向。

回應外界提問挖角議題，張忠謀今天表示，挖角這件事情是許多年不斷發生，當然不只大陸來台、其他外國公司來台的挖角是最近十到二十年在動作更多。

張忠謀說，企業留才這是老學問了不是新學問，只有企業對待員工好一點，給予好的待遇、工作環境提升、讓員工對工作有興趣等等，不外乎這些。

張忠謀也說，政府在政策上目前沒有甚麼可以幫忙的地方，畢竟若是在其他高公司營利所得稅的國家政府可以透過減稅幫助，但台灣營利所得稅才17%實在不算高。
