Excel的函數設定問題請教

我的問題如下
假設Excel有A1格和B1格

Q=量測時間12點18點
W=量測時間13點19點
E=量測時間14點20點
R=量測時間15點21點

------------------------------------
我想在A格輸入 Q.W.E.R 任一值且不會重覆
然後在B格會自動秀出他應該量測的時間
請問這樣子的話我應該要怎麼設定
