獄政官員涉貪案重新開庭

台北地檢署偵辦獄政官員涉貪案，日前聲押白手套池泳霖（在車子後方）、王令麟貼身秘書胡曉菁（女）、台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智（外套蓋頭）、台北監獄人員周秉榮（平頭）等四人裁定羈押獲准，不過高等法院昨天深夜撤銷台北地院的裁定，台北地方法院下午開庭重新審理。
