IE 11 開yhoo 新聞常會變成亂碼

筆電在 win 7 下使用 IE 11開啟yahoo新聞, 有些網頁會出現亂碼, 變更編碼無效, 勾選自動選擇也無效, 使用重新整理 (F5) 幾次, 有時會正常, 有時則是部份正常, 部份亂碼, yahoo 其他非新聞網頁則可正常顯示。重新安裝 IE 也無法解決問題；同樣的設定在另一台桌機郤能正常顯示。
請問是何原因? 要如何變更設定? 有可能是防毒軟體的問題嗎?
