（中央社記者周慧盈北京22日電）北京財新網今天報導，中國大陸銀行業監督管理委員會副主席閻慶民將調任天津市副市長，調動應與天津自貿區建設有關。

報導說，閻慶民已確定調任天津市副市長，相關程序完成後就將正式出任。

53歲的閻慶民擁有北京中國人民大學博士學位，2011年擔任大陸銀監會主席助理，2013年5月升任副主席至今。

繼上海自由貿易試驗區之後，大陸國務院常務會議日前提出，在廣東、天津、福建特定區域再設三個自由貿易園區。

財新網表示，閻慶民為政風格被視為開放務實，恰逢天津自貿區開立之際，被選派出任天津副市長，這一安排雖來得有些意外，但也在情理、邏輯之內。1031222
