請教一下各位本人目前為某公司儲備幹部，因為志趣不合想離職跟主管討論了一下，他說因為當初有簽訂合約如果沒做滿就辭職需賠償訓練費用(大約三萬) 但是公司每個月有對儲備幹部進行考核，如果考核不過就不用賠任何費用他問如果我願意，他可以隨便找個理由說個性不合讓我不過我唯一的考量點是覺得這樣會不會影響到未來的求職路，如果未來雇主聽說有考評不過會有不好的聯想? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.233.251.233 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1419733292.A.34C.html
