IEA一席話油價連七跌止步

國際能源署（IEA）下修今年石油輸出國組織（OPEC）以外國家的石油增產預測，並預測下半年石油市場將開始矯正供給過剩，重新恢復平衡。國際油價周五（16日）止跌回升，布侖特原油重登每桶50美元大關。

西德州原油期貨（WTI）周五收在每桶48.69美元，大漲2.44美元或5%，上周累計上漲33美分，總算結束連七周收黑。布侖特原油每桶報50.17美元，漲1.9美元，重返50美元。

不過分析師仍認為短期內不大可能強勁反彈。由於目前中東產油國仍堅持不減產保價，加上美元強勁升值，且全球需求疲軟，因此並不預料油價會出現V型反轉，而可能要經歷兩、三年的U型反轉期。
