伊斯蘭國挾日人質越南譴責

武裝組織伊斯蘭國（IS）在網路上傳影片，要求日本72小時內支付2億美元贖回2名日本人質。越南當局今天譴責這是野蠻行徑與極端主義。

越南外交部下午在河內市召開每月例行記者會，外交部副發言人范秋恒（Pham Thu Hang）在答覆媒體提問表示，越南譴責針對無辜平民的野蠻、不人道行為。

她說，越南在遵守聯合國憲章、各國獨立、主權和領土完整互相尊重的原則以及確保平民安全等基礎上，支持國際社會打擊任何形式恐怖主義與極端暴力行為的努力。
