關於台北市垃圾分類的塑膠類

我們家的垃圾是大樓清潔工去丟的
所以不會接觸到環保局收垃圾的清潔工
所以有些事情搞不清楚

例如有一個阿桑曾經跟我說
那種裝泡沫紅茶珍珠奶茶的塑膠杯不能回收
可是在學校裡
那種杯子是要丟在塑膠類的垃圾桶裡的
那種杯子到底是可以回收還是不能回收呢?

還有那種餅乾零食等東西的外包裝
豬肉乾牛肉乾肉鬆之類的外包裝
最外面的那層
好像也算是塑膠袋
可是又不太可能再重複使用了
那種東西可以回收嗎?
我媽媽說可以拿去熔化做成新的塑膠
問題是環保局有在回收這種塑膠袋的嗎?
