關於台哥大門號解約的問題

我爸爸今年往生了，他名下有兩隻台哥大的門號我想辦理解約，請問需要什麼證件嗎？

然後我需要注意什麼嗎？

我爸爸他一隻門號月底到期，一直還沒到期，請問要付違約金嗎？然後還要繳剩下來的話費嗎？

我17歲.....但法定代理人都不在身邊我可以自行辦理嗎？
