最近接到這兩間的面試，也拿到OFFER 面試職缺是行政相關去麗達面試時，發現辦公室旁邊有住家應該是家族企業（吧？）想請教版上對這兩間公司評價、工作環境、氣氛、工作內容大概是如何呢？以下是OFFER內容： A：柏原工程薪水：N+2~3K 但薪資結構沒有說明（可能是薪水不公開原則，所以沒在電話中跟我說囧責任制、公司每個月會挑一個禮拜的禮拜六去上半天班（開會）工作內容有人事、資料管理、設備管理、辦公室用品採購之類的… B：麗達實業薪水：起薪：底薪N-3K+2K伙食費+2K全勤公司文化是不加班，最晚加班到6點多，但颱風天放假會扣特休工作內容主要是打報表、可能要去進口商的網站看資料、去清點貨品（但粗重工作有公司男性負責）年底會有可以對公司說真心話大冒險活動，但也要主管覺得你的意見OK才會報到上面去每年最慘最爛還是會加薪500 請問大家覺得哪一間好還是該繼續找呢？謝謝大家！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.170.143.233 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425141258.A.53F.html ※ 編輯: AprIshtar (118.170.143.233), 03/01/2015 00:36:29 ※ 編輯: AprIshtar (118.170.143.233), 03/01/2015 00:37:36
