我在８５９１賣了一隻帳號
不過過幾天買家說帳號被鎖要求我退費
說不退費要在法律上見，
我在賣買家之前在聊天室喊要賣帳號被檢舉
不過賣給買家時都沒問題是過幾天被鎖得
如果我沒退費給買家的話會涉及法律責任嗎
不過我賣了帳號被鎖還要環人家錢真的很無辜
跪求大大給個解答。
