google問卷表單答題不返回上一題

運用GOOGLE設計問卷表單

但是我的需求是一題一題答題，而且不能返回上一題

目前採用方法是把每一題放在不同頁面

然後運用跳頁面的方法答題

但現在遇到的問題是，它到下一頁時，會有一個返回的按鈕

請問如何把返回的按鈕除掉呢?

因為我的目的是答完後就無法修改
