今(13)日，冷氣團開始減弱，不過受到輻射冷卻影響，清晨溫度還是比較低，台南以北及宜蘭低溫只有12到15度，不過白天之後氣溫將會明顯的回升，尤其北部高溫有機會比昨天回升8、9度，中部及宜蘭也會回升5到7度，預計各地的高溫都可以來到22至25度左右，南部局部地方甚至可以來到27度，感受上都相當舒適溫暖；由於水氣偏少，各地大致為多雲到晴，陽光普遍都可以露臉，只有東半部地區及北部山區有局部的降雨。

另外，今年編號第3號輕度颱風巴威，今天凌晨2時的位置距離台灣約4700公里，仍然非常遙遠，短期之內對台灣天氣沒有影響。
