為求年輕化　台電徵才725名

台電今宣布9月將辦理新進雇用人員甄試，筆試訂在9月20日舉行，招考名額暫定725名。

台電表示，近年積極推動經營改革力求轉型，人力也逐年「年輕化」，Y世代及X世代（48歲以下）的員工目前已佔整體員工的5成，但考量未來10年內仍有近約4成員工退離，為紓緩退休潮衝擊，台電持續規劃補充退離空缺，更新人力結構。（許麗珍／台北報導）
