新北市長朱立倫今參加「第15屆保德信青少年志工菁英獎」頒獎典禮，媒體問到，立法院長王金平今早說，他雖然已74歲，但還很年輕，還可以為國家做貢獻，朱立倫回應，不論是年輕或年長，只要願意為社會貢獻都是好的，王院長對國家是非常有貢獻。

另外，針對是否支持立法院長王金平更上一層樓（指選總統），朱立倫回應，只要有心為國家做貢獻，不管哪位他都很支持。

最後，媒體詢問朱立倫下一步的打算為何，朱立倫重申，做好市長工作。
