憂再下雨 台16線趕工搶通

（中央社記者林恆立南投縣6日電）昨天因瞬間大雨造成邊坡土石崩塌的南投縣信義鄉台16線地利村合流坪路段，公路單位已在今天近午提前搶通，恢復交通。

公路總局信義工務段副段長黃民偉表示，因擔心午後再出現雷陣雨影響搶修時效，工務段一大早即動用2部挖土機及2部推土機加緊清除土石，「可以說與時間賽跑」，終於在11時40分左右順利搶通。

台16線31.5K地利村合流坪路段，於6月2日南投地震時即曾發生大崩坍，土石鬆軟，昨天下午當地降下逾百毫米的暴雨，邊坡土石再度崩落，覆蓋約30米長路面，交通完全中斷，工務段原預估下午5時才能搶通。

這起雨災也造成9部車40名外來民眾因道路阻斷受困，暫被安置於附近民宿及一處修道院。

當地青雲派出所說，道路搶通後已有受困遊客開車下山，部分前往修道院參加靈修活動的民眾，則還留在修道院，未急著下山。1020706
