電腦重灌 沒有光碟 燦坤受理嗎?

請問 電腦重灌拿去 燦坤 3C 等等... 如果沒有重灌光碟 他們會幫你重慣嗎?

因為我這台電腦 是在8591數字網購買的 當初買1W7 6核心 全新的遊戲主機

後來過一陣子 我想重灌電腦 我就請 媽媽的朋友幫我重灌 我就把主機和光碟交給我媽朋友

後來重灌好了 我開機 我看電腦 整個好像就都變得不一樣

原本 系統是64位元 重灌之後 變成 32位元 記憶體原本8G 重灌後記憶體變小了
重灌之後 感覺整個都變怪怪的 不像新的電腦那樣~

所以我想請問如果我電腦重灌 我不想弄我那兩片光碟 直接把電腦 交給 燦坤 3C 等等.. 他們會幫你重灌嗎? 還是要光碟他們才會幫你重灌 ?
