金曲獎特別貢獻獎昨日頒給鳳飛飛，文化部長龍應台說，「她給了我們溫暖，她是我們台灣的國民歌手」。

龍應台在頒獎典禮上特別讀了一段鳳飛飛「掌聲響起」的歌詞，向鳳飛飛致敬，她對在場音樂人說，「音樂加油，台灣加油」。
