請問吃乳清蛋白增重 前 要多少的運動量呢???

乳清蛋白要增加肌肉前提是配合夠強度的重量訓練
你的運動都是有氧
做完搭配乳清蛋白不是不行
但只能說除了燒錢外
不會有明顯效果
因為有氧運動不是增重用的
而是著重在增加心肺功能及減肥的功用
可能你至少得增加伏地挺身及單槓進來才行
以你規劃的運動量....比教育部建議的還要低許多
別想太多
運動完喝些牛奶豆漿搭配些碳水化合物補充蛋白質及熱量就差不多了
過多高蛋白只是增加腎臟代謝負擔而已
況且你要1個月速成
乳清蛋白不會是你的好選擇
直接去打類固醇才有機會達成你的目的
