【短片】侵權起訴瑪麗蓮：錯愕　維娜斯：獲補償

【實習記者蔡承祐／台北報導】藝人隋棠代言的塑身衣業者「瑪麗蓮」，因涉使用對手「維娜斯」註冊的「推推指」商標，負責人呂志強今被台北地檢署依違反《商標法》起訴。對此瑪麗蓮表示，公司一直以來都以「瑪麗蓮」做為唯一商標，「推推指」僅是功能上的形容，對檢方起訴感到錯愕。

由小S當代言的維娜斯，其「推推指」商標出自廣告才子范可欽之手，范可欽今透過電話代維娜斯發言指出：「以往只要維娜斯推出商品，瑪麗蓮必定抄襲，推推指事件只是凸顯對方行之有年的計畫性犯罪，這次起訴代表檢察官認定對方行為觸法，維娜斯多年委曲終獲補償。」
