北韓真的很愛用台灣貨，日前媒體報導，北韓領導人金正恩使用宏達電的手機，不過根據大陸媒體最新的報導就發現，台灣的宏碁電腦竟然出現在培育北韓軍事菁英的名校，求證宏碁則是表示，真的不知情也沒有佈局北韓的計畫，但還是很感謝北韓的青睞。

北韓領導人金正恩，日前詢視軍事名校萬景台革命學院。仔細一看，剃光頭、穿軍裝的北韓軍事菁英，正在使用桌上型電腦上網，這些黑色電腦外殼居然全印著大大的宏碁LOGO。還有還有在北韓衛星中心的電腦螢幕也用acer，求證宏碁，他們也很難從外觀判定北韓偏愛哪款電腦型號。

宏碁代理發言人汪島雄：「他們是很封閉的社會，自然有辦法取得一些電腦產品，電腦這些無關軍事機密，他們是一個集權的國家，我們並沒有布局他們。」北韓不只愛用MIT螢幕，先前北韓官方媒體公布金正恩主持會議的照片中，在一疊文件旁放著黑色手機，經過南韓當局研判，應該就是宏達電的蝴蝶機。看來MIT產品物美價廉，也讓北韓幫台灣科技廠在國際市場做了最好的代言行銷。
