鐵皮屋防水抓漏問題

我家是3樓
4樓有加蓋鐵皮屋(有牆)
但是最近大雨年久失修
搞不清楚是屋頂的排水槽在漏還是水管漏水
鄰居有來反應水潑到他家(口氣不是很好不過我很想嗆回去說下暴雨陽台濕掉不是廢話衣服濕掉也是廢話為什麼怪我們家)
倒是聽說水流下來打到樓下屋頂很吵
這樣不是辦法(我是覺得下暴雨本來就很吵是在兇什麼)
反正呢我們有買防水漆塗過裂開的水管跟排水槽了沒用
有上去檢查過發現有裂的水管並沒有爆開所以不知道是哪裡出問題(搞不好根本不是我家的問題)
我們住台北(北投士林一帶)
想找人來看
有聽說是拆掉防水槽比較好
想請問有人可以推薦不錯的廠商嗎?
