【陳方瑩／南投報導】蘇力颱風造成南投縣埔里鎮向善里4戶淹水、魚池鄉日月村投63線一住戶遭土石流淹沒，今上午集集兵整中心出動約50名國軍弟兄，協助民眾災後清理家園，希望在一、二天內恢復正常。

淹水一度及腰的向善里住戶，屋內積水未完全退去，露出厚厚一層黃泥漿，國軍與屋主一鏟一鏟往外倒，泡過水的床、棉被及家具都已報廢，一間倉庫清出大量的泡水香與紙箱，大家合力抬出屋外，垃圾堆積如山，屋主無奈自我調侃「這樣才有新的啦！」老太太想起颱風夜餘悸猶存，大水來得好快，實在很可怕。
