【李姿慧／台北報導】蘇力直撲台灣，高鐵班次今仍正常運行，但部分路段若遇風雨過大，列車採行車速限維護安全，若有延誤，屬不可抗力因素將不退費，而明天行駛情況，則將於今晚10時前公布。台鐵明天列車行駛情況也規劃於晚間9時公布。

此外，遠東航空明下午1時前國內線航班全部取消，國際線航班FE101松山－太原延後至下午3時起飛，FE125桃園－貴陽延後至下午5時45分起飛，詳洽http://www.fat.com.tw/index/index.aspx；港龍航空明天往來台中-香港的航班運作預估也將受影響延誤起飛，詳洽www.dragonair.com/tw。
