電腦4核錄影時卡卡

我的電腦是WIN7 64元位4核心
但是我用bandicam這款錄影軟體錄我SF遊戲的時候會卡卡的,他會"跳格"
錄桌面.瀏覽器一樣會卡卡的,我也試過很多錄影程式了!都一樣!
我的電腦是華碩CM1740

電腦是2012年買的,電腦容量也不算小,我把bandicam安裝在C槽或D槽都有試過了,一樣的結局
請問大大,我這種問題有救嗎?怎麼解決?
