不丹變天　反對黨贏得國會選舉

【綜合報導】不丹13日舉行，有史以來第二次國會選舉，也可說是民眾對執政5年的政府打成績，結果顯示最大反對黨「人民民主黨」(People's Democratic Party)拿下47席中的32席，跨越組閣所需的24席門檻。 執政的「不丹團結黨」(Druk Phuensum Tshogpa)僅獲12席，「人民民主黨」的黨主席圖伯蓋(Tshering Tobgay)可能成為不丹新總理。

「人民民主黨」因協助偏遠地區改善道路及通訊等，因此深得民心，執政黨因未能改善國家經濟，失去人民支持，不丹有38萬2千名合格選民，13日的投票率約為八成。
